When you book a custom tour, Denisa works with you well before your visit. She’ll check opening times, flag any closures that would affect your plans, and help you sequence attractions so you’re not doubling back across the city or arriving somewhere just as it shuts.
If you need entrance tickets for other sites, we can arrange those too. And if you’re trying to work out whether you can realistically fit the British Museum and the Tower of London into the same day (you can, but the order matters), that’s exactly the kind of thing we sort out before you arrive.
We’re also available while you’re here. Plans change, weather happens, and sometimes you just want a local opinion on how to spend your last afternoon. We’re on hand for all of it.
