Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from the College of Polytechnics Jihlava and the Czech National Tour Guiding Certificate, Denisa began her guiding career at Jindřichův Hradec Castle in the Czech Republic, where she spent eight years developing her craft with international visitors. In April 2014, she achieved Blue Badge certification—Britain’s highest guiding qualification—and has since become a distinguished member of both the British Guild of Tourist Guides and the Institute of Tourist Guiding.

As co-owner, Denisa oversees the operational heart of Let Me Show You London, coordinating 15-20 Blue Badge guides across London and six other UK cities. She personally recruits and vets every guide, ensuring they meet the company’s dual standards: Blue Badge certification and exceptional storytelling ability. Beyond recruitment, Denisa provides ongoing mentoring, scheduling coordination, and quality oversight—maintaining the service consistency that has earned the company multiple international awards.
