Five Stars does not do justice to our guide, Marina! She is a scholar of the Tower, its history, people involved, and every aspect and nuance of what has transpired there for over a thousand years. I selected Let Me Show You London for 2 tours (Westminster/Tower of London and Churchill’s War Rooms) based on the extremely positive reviews on Trip Advisor. Both tours exceeded my high expectations. Denisa was extremely helpful during the planning process and gave some excellent advice regarding my itinerary in London. The day prior, she provided an email with detailed instructions on the meeting points for both tours. The day of the tours both guides texted us with their contact information. Marina and Denisa were fantastic guides; very knowledgeable and we learned a lot of from both tours. Marina had to make some changes on the fly to our transportation arrangements when Trafalgar Square traffic was shut down by a protest. We still had time for an excellent lunch spot she recommended AND meet the timeline for Tower of London. She also helped us find a cab at the end of the tour. Both tours are outstanding, we had a great time with both guides and I highly recommended Let Me Show You London.

Wow wow wow. This was a great tour. Everything was perfect. I don't often take tours – usually want to explore on my own. This was a short trip and we wanted to pack as much in as possible so we decided to book a tour. I've now become a fan of tours. Marina waited for us at the meeting point ahead of schedule. She was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, even in answering our questions that were not directly related to the tour. She was prepared and kept us all engaged – adults and teens. Last week , June 1-7th we traveled to London as a family of 9. We had the wonderful fortune of taking private tours with Let Me Show You London with Denisa. She was spectacular! We have traveled the world over the past 30 years and she was one of the best guides we have worked with. She was knowledgeable, warm, engaging and eager to meet our needs and expectations for the trip. She went out of her way to came very early in the morning to the hotel to insure we would become comfortable with traveling on the Tube. Our group consisted of seniors, adults and kids. The tour began at Westminster Abbey and took us to the expected destinations; Parliament, Big Ben, we get to see a change of shift of the Horse Guard. We walked along James Park Street to Buckingham Palace. Westminster was closed to tourists on this day, so Denisa substituted a tour of the Cabinet War Rooms. This is where Churchill coordinated the British war efforts of World War II. Pretty cool as I'm a bit of a war/history buff. After a nice lunch in an authentic British pub it was a quick tube ride to the Tower of London. Lots of history there as the purpose of the land has changed many times over the years. We witnessed a changing of the Tower Guard and checked out the Crown Jewels. Our tour ended there and even our children were satisfied.

Though I’m sure we would have enjoyed the Tower of London on our own or with a larger group tour, there is no comparison to a private tour. To have an expert guide escort you through the grounds and buildings while providing so much historical information and little factoids really made our visit to the Tower so special. Our guide Denisa was very knowledgeable and a wonderful storyteller. We never felt rushed and she knew all the little cubbies to tuck into to share some special points with just our group (we were there on a holiday week so a bit crowded). We hired "Let me show you London" for a tour of the Tower of London and a local tour in Bath. Denisa was great to work with, she was very flexible with our date requests. We thoroughly enjoyed her expertise and our boys (8 and 11) loved hearing about the history of the tower and all the cool stories. She made it very entertaining for them and engaged them throughout the tour. We did the Bath tour with Andrew, and he was equally wonderful. He was a wealth of knowledge, and also did a marvelous job engaging the kids. The boys keep talking about all the cool facts they learned. We could tell how much both Denisa and Andrew enjoy what they do, and we feel lucky we got to learn so much from them. I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in learning about the amazing history of the tower and Bath (with or without kids) – they were wonderful. Thank you both for making our trip so memorable. We wish we could have had more time with you both! Best Tour Ever!! If you are interested in any tour while you are in London, book Let Me Show You London!!! My sister-in-law and I booked a private tour of Westminster Abbey & London Tower and could not have been happier. Denisa was fantastic. We covered so many locations and learned so much! We got to see the changing of the guards, parks, the Crown Jewels and so much more! Really there is too much to list.She read our personalities so well, she gave the perfect amount of time and information for each place and instance. We weren't bored or irritated with long drawn out displays of information. We learned about the history in such a fun way! We were even able to get into Westminster Abbey first with not a single person there yet. I was able to get breathtaking pictures. We discussed London, the Royals, the people and just so much more. Such a plethora of fun information. We were also given great guidance and suggestions for the remainder of our time in London.Communication from booking to the day of the tour was professional and I was made aware of the process every step of the way. There were no questions about where we were meeting or what we were doing. In fact, she came to our hotel and picked us up the day of the tour to make it easier for us! The only downside is we were visiting a few other countries after London and had tours scheduled, the bar was set so high it wasn't matched anywhere else. She made sure at the end of the tour that we had options to get back to our hotel and we were not just "left" somewhere in London. Again, truly a professional and such a great person. We laughed and laughed all day long.This is a MUST for anyone. There are tour options that are both private and for smaller groups. Pick this tour company, true professionals and just honestly fun!

Our trip to London was an amazing experience. Let me show you London took care of every single little detail on each tour we took. Their tour guides Lucy & Julio were top notch. Lucy knew every single detail of the tour sites we visited, & answered every single question we had. And her ability to tell a story with such emphasis had us spellbound. Julio, did an amazing job on the most important tour "Downton Abbey". Excellent, in depth tour. Our guide, Denisa, was knowledgeable and entertaining. We had 2 adults and 3 teens, and she kept all of us engaged in the experience. She customized the tour for our interests/ages. We visited the Tower of London, saw the Tower ravens (Poppy came out to meet us), stopped at Traitors’ Gate, explored the Bloody Tower… We even saw “the word,” the ceremony in which a Beefeater gives Tower Soldiers the new password for the day. I took a group of first time London visitors to the city in June. Because we had limited time there (just 1.5 days), I decided to enlist the help of Denisa at Let Me Show You London and we ended up arranging two private tours – one private tour of the British Museum on our arrival afternoon and a full day tour of Westminster, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Tower of London.Marianna was our guide for both tours and she was amazing. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic, she made both tours great. We even experienced a fire alarm at the British Museum and she was proactive in talking to the guards to see if and when we had to evacuate and once we did evacuate, she again didn’t hesitate to ask how long it would take to re-enter.Even I, who has been to London numerous times and who has visiting all of the places before, thoroughly enjoyed the tour.Since it was warm and we walked a lot, she was very conscientious about our energy level and made quite a few adjustments at the Tower of London to minimize steps, but again the tour was still fascinating.I would definitely work with both Denisa and Marianna again in the future.

I have used Denisa’s Company for three tours in London and she has been so easy to work with, attentive to our interests and so much more than accommodating. This past trip the Queen had just passed so our trip to Windsor Castle was not possible but Denisa helped us only days before, rearrange our day trip discussing our options and coming up with a fantastic day, a highlight of our visit! To top that off, our flight from US was very late so our trek to The Tower wasn’t possible but Denisa rearranged that segment so we were still able to see the Crown Jewels and abit of The Tower. Denisa was an excellent tour guide. We start at Westminster Abbey and end at the Tower of London. This was a walking tour, with public transportation between sights when walking was too far. It's a great way to see London, especially since we had good weather that day. With rain it would have been more difficult. The itinerary listed was quite ambitious. We spent almost two hours at Westminter Abbey, walked to Buckingham Palace and watched the end of the changing of the guard, took the tube to Paul's Street for 30 minutes, had lunch and went to the Tower of London for the rest of the day. LMSYL were great to deal with for enquiries, booking and delivery of their tour. Despite some date changes that have become normal around travel these days we were warmly welcomed by Denisa and given a really interesting tour around central London. We had a great day with Denisa – we are a family with two relatively small children and we saw a lot of this wonderful city (Westminster, St. Pauls, Tower etc.). Everything was well prepared and with all this specific knowledge it is much easier to get around – very quick and to the point. Living at the other end of the country we don't visit too often, or know London very well, but Denisa made lots of very useful and practical suggestions and made sure that we fitted in everything that we were looking for. She even helped direct us to a great area to stay when visiting the City, which was handy for everything we wanted to do. I booked a tour with Denisa for my partner and I on a short trip to London. It is clear that she really knows a lot about many different historical and cultural aspects of the city. We spent 2 hours in the National Gallery looking at a number of paintings and were given a comprehensive tour of the highlights. This time, having her (compared to the previous day when we didn't), made our visit to the grounds of Buckingham Palace (the exterior only) more memorable because she told us about Clarence House, the statue of Queen Victoria, and other details of the exterior of the Palace that we had no idea about. Out tour guide Trudee was amazing. We did a private tour and she tailored it just for us. We started at 9 and she suggested we go straight to the Jewel House to beat the long lines later in the day and she was right! We waited 10 minutes however later the line was over an hour! My 80 year old parents were on the tour so she found benches in the shade for periodic breaks while she would share the incredible history of the Tower. We had a great time and wouldn’t have covered as much ground without an expert guide! It’s a huge space but Daniela’s tour took us in an expert order and shared stories we would have never known. Other guests would tuck in closer to us to hear her stories! I would highly recommend the personal attention and she coordinated picking up our tickets.

Our guide, a young lady, was extremely knowlegable of English history and gave us a thorough insight of the history of Windsor and all of its inhabitants throughout the ages. I can highly recommend a private tour with our guide. We managed to get trapped in the lift in the Tower basement for half an hour; but this only added to the adventure. We now claim that we were also prisoners in the Tower of London.

The three of us visited on the hottest day on record in London! It was very hot! Our guide, John Rasmussen, was so good to keep us out of the sun on this day! We got to see the ravens flying around and where they are kept. He urged us to see the crown jewels before the crowds came. He was very knowledgeable about the tower and its history. He answered all our questions and even asked a Yeomen of the Guard to pose for us. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. Thanks John!

I have never had a tour in a museum before, but wow. I will definitely do it again! Our guide explained the history and folklore behind the paintings. It was like a friend taking you to her favorite places. Our children age 9 and 11 were able to remember what paintings we saw and why they were important. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We had a group with 6 kids and she was absolutely incredible! Very informative and extremely engaging with the children! We did a trip to Paris with a “children specialist” tour and she was just as good if not better!! It felt like we were hanging out with a local friend from the first minute we met her. We recommend her highly and we hope to book again with her in the future!
